5th Annual Golf Classic
The Hands On! Regional Museum 5th Annual Summer Golf Classic, held Monday, July 25th at the Johnson City Country Club, was a great success with proceeds benefitting the Museum's programs and exhibits.
Players were treated to goody bags filled with items donated by area businesses; breakfast biscuits provided by Hardee's; lunch by Gardner's Honey Hotdogs; an ice cream provided by Food City #601; door prizes; and a fun day for everyone - despite the pouring rain!
This year, the Mountain Commerce Bank team took first place: Ken Raff, Joshua Baxter, Chris Lowe, and Whit Whitaker. The Eastman team had the second best score: Kim Harvey, Greg Harvey, Mike Ritz, and Rob Ritz.
The Hands On! Regional Museum Board of Directors, staff, and volunteers would like to thank the supporters and contributors to this event, making this year's tournament the best ever for the Museum.
